Alerts provide you with the ability to be automatically notified—via SMS or Email— when specified account activity occurs.
 

What account activity can I be alerted to?

You can activate the following alerts:

• Balance alerts
• Deposit alerts
• Withdrawal alerts
• Loan repayment is overdue
• Advance notification when a loan payment in due
• Credit card payment is overdue
• Advance notification of maturing term deposit
• Account balance at close of business on a regular frequency
• Periodic payments alerts

How much does it cost?

• Email Alerts are free
• SMS (short message service) Alerts are 0.25c per message

How do I register for Alerts?

You can register for Alerts by logging into My Viewpoint or by completing the Alerts Registration Form and faxing it to us.

Can I modify or cancel my Alerts?

Yes, you can modify or cancel any of your alerts at any time.
