How do I access phone banking once registered?
Call 1300 367 500 and follow the prompts.
What happens if I forget my access code?
Just call one of the member services staff who will arrange to issue you with a new access code.
What do I need to do to give somebody else access to my accounts?
Any person can be given access to your accounts. You will need to complete an Authorisation Form at any Advice Centre. You can give them full access or limit their access to specific functions.
