Need a (free) meeting room for your community group?

One of the most difficult aspects of running a community group can be locating a cost effective, pleasant meeting space. So to support the groups that support our community, BDCU in Bowral provides professional, spacious rooms for use on week days during business hours.

Facilities include:

• lighting and temperature control
• can seat up to 25 people per room
• tea and coffee making
• oven and microwave
• professional sound system
• whiteboards
• data show projector and screens
• Parking is at the rear of the building (near Aldi Supermarket) via Argyle Lane.

Bookings are strictly for not-for-profit organisations, charities, foundations, information sessions that do not carry a door charge, and community groups.

As BDCU is a financial organisation with security responsibilities, please note that all guests into the building must enter and exit via the advice centre and sign in and out as a visitor. Visitors will be presented with a lanyard which we ask that you wear so that staff know you are in the building for your meeting.
