  • You only pay transaction fees when you have used up your rebate allowance on the rebate list in the
Member Benefits / Fees and Charges brochure
  • No account-keeping fees on any accounts or loans
  • None of your accounts with BDCU have an account-keeping fee, including your loans.

Accessibility

  • You can get advice and talk to someone about your needs. You're a member, not a number.
  • Our five advice centres mean help is always at hand.
  • You can also give us your ideas and we will listen.

Great Rates, No Unfair Fees

You are our priority so we deliver the best interest rates we possibly can. And you won't be subject to unfair or exorbitant fees.

Social Benefits

Foundations

BDCU supports the BDCU Childrens Foundation and the BDCU Goulburn Community Foundation. We're helping to improve health-related facilities for our communities.

Financial Literacy

We love teaching kids about money skills. And big kids too. Whatever your age, solid financial literacy is a basic life skill that isn't taught in schools.

You can either see us in any centre and we'll help you budget and set goals, explain anything that's confusing, and get you on track to where you want to go. Or, we might see you in the classroom where the fun starts.

Global Benefits

Environmental Commitment

Being carbon neutral is just the start for us. Our commitment is to tread as lightly as possible and to continue evolving into an even greener business. For more details, click here.

Poverty Alleviation Programs

Start local and think global. Then just do it!

Community is important to us, but the would is a global village.By supporting BDCU, you are supporting programs that alleviate poverty and empower people, including indigenous Australian communities.

As a supporter of CUFA (Credit Union Foundation Australia) and WOCCU (World Council of Credit Unions), we help implement micro-finance projects that help people who need it most.

Most importantly, we provide a level of knowledge, self-confidence building and appropriate technology to make it sustainable.
